'Goodbye Horses' aimed to question the role of monuments in our post-colonial time, particularly those of men sitting on horses. My contribution to this group-publication was a fictional story written from the perspective of King Leopold II's horse. To launch the book we organised a funeral to officially declare the Man On Horse as something of the past.
